Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Klamath Falls

Unplanned stay in Klamath Falls for car repair. Good location and excellent customer service from everyone I encounter. Heidi was super friendly and helpful for check in. Nice breakfast area and good selection for this type of hotel. Got a nice room on the 3rd floor with good views. The room was basically good with a few exceptions. Stain on carpet, desk chair was stained - used bathmat to cover the seat. Pillow was firm and too tall giving me a bit of a stiff neck in the morning. Those things aside, given the price range and what is available in Klamath Falls, I would stay again.

The room was small. But it was set up well. Microwave. Coffee maker. Small fridge. Shampoo conditioner lotion and lotion in the bathroom. Plus a hairdryer. I will stay here again .

I was a little hesitant to stay here after some of the reviews I read. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the overall presentation of the property. I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my children on a first floor level room. The room was a little dated and the shower head had very little pressure but besides that the room was perfect. It was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. We got a great night rest. I would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately we didn't get try their breakfast or use the pool because we slept in so late. We did have a chance of peeking at the jacuzzi and it looked very inviting

Aging hotel but for the price it was well worth it. We've stayed in a couple places in Klamath Falls and none were impressive, granted all were economy motels. This hotel was much cleaner than all the others I've been to and the staff was extremely friendly. Check-In was quick and easy, check out was just as quick and easy. The room itself was very dated. Although you can see they are trying to upgrade some of the fixtures. The sheets on the bed were stained or sun bleached as you could see the outline of how they fold them. There were several rips in the carpet, dirt on the floor, and the sheetrock was starting to peel. All that being said, it was better than the last hotel I stayed at in Klamath Falls. The breakfast was actually really good. Sausage and eggs, make your own waffle, and the regular cold fixings including cereal. Not somewhere. I would stay for several days in a row, but for a quick late night in, early morning out, I would definitely stay here again for the price.

I found the staff here nice, and the location is right in town witch is a plus. rooms are a bit old, but a hot shower and breakfast was what i needed

The hotel has a large lobby & breakfast room. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman at the counter was kind & courteous, he went over breakfast hours, room location, wifi, pool and hot tub info and asked how our trip is going. We were given the option of 1st, 2nd or 3rd Floor which was nice. We chose ground level this time, our room was small but cozy perfect for us. There was a decent sized bathroom, a queen bed, closet, desk, tv, fridge & microwave. The room had a bench seat in the window which I loved. I chose to hang out there for a bit. It was comfortable and we could see our vehicle from the window. The bedroom had a large mirror as a backdrop with bright lights, it was perfect for someone to do their makeup if the bathroom was in use etc. The bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows. The down side of the rooms being small is you can hear the tv from the next room through the walls. And unfortunately for us the alarm clock from the opposite room that went off from about 530 - 930ish when housekeeping went in and shut it off. The only other issue w3 ran into was the side door closest to our rooms key reader was down so we had to walk around to get back in the building. The location was great for our trip and the hotel was clean and nice, and the staff was all friendly. Overall a good experience.

Excellent customer service. The employees at the front desk are consistently helpful, happy, and always a delight to see. The rooms are a little dated but clean. The breakfast area is clean, well kept, and a good selection of breakfast choices. I do recommend staying here! It's better than the other 2 hotels in town by far!!

Best rest I've had in a long time! The room was exceptionally clean,the service was great, excellent breakfast bar and the staff was friendly. Especially the front desk receptionist, Athena B.super helpful, friendly and funny as well. She made me feel like family and that's what I love about my stay at microtel! I'm definitely looking forward to my next stay!
